Dry is our fresh, vibrant dry wine, which vibrantly reflects the place of origin, the character of Mád. Furmint and Hárslevelű grapes, produced with strict yield restrictions, ie with a load of less than 1 kilogram per vine, are harvested early September, gently pressed, and then fermented  in steel tank, and partly aged for a short period in second and third filled local barrels. This is how we get a wine of Mád that is really good to drink, even in the summer heat.
