The fresh, crispy wine expressing the Mád character in easy way. The wine is an outcome of the base wine of sparlking wines made since 2003, in 2010 we decided to bottle it. The wine is from an early harvest, the very beginning of September – this way the accidity remains, even with the very low yield (1 kilogram per vine). The Furmint and Hárslevelű wine is fermented with natural yiests in cooled stainless steel tank. The result is a good to drink wine from Mád, which can fit to easy meals and occasions.
